Stüssy offers a 7-day return policy for all eligible items purchased through our online store, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Package Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Ship Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
